David has many years of experience as a real estate investor and transactional lawyer in the areas of real estate, corporate law and M&A. He has advised on transactions with a volume of over €2 billion, including the acquisition and sale of several large-volume project developments. Prior to founding LINUS, David spent several years at the international commercial law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, then Berwin Leighton Paisner. David studied law at the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn and is a fully qualified lawyer.

Frederic is responsible for the Investor Relations department and is thus in charge of capital market communication with investors, analysts and financial media. He started his career at Allianz SE and looks back on more than eight years of experience in the financial industry. Most recently, the graduate in business administration (WHU, INSEAD MBA) worked as an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt, where he focused on advising clients in the software and technology industry as well as financial service providers.

Volker is responsible for all marketing and sales activities at LINUS and is thus responsible for both online and offline marketing as well as sales on the digital LINUS platform. Before joining LINUS, he was Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Finanzcheck. Volker Tritschler holds a degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of Stuttgart and the École Polytechnique in France. He received his doctorate in engineering from the Technical University of Munich and Stanford University.

Julia is in charge of our back office and is responsible for the independent review and back office vote for planned financings, risk management for our current and future financings and reporting to our investors. She also leads LINUS' valuation team, which provides independent valuations for developers, institutional investors, owners and financing institutions. Previously, Julia spent twelve years with real estate services provider CBRE, first in International Valuation and most recently as Director for CBRE Hotels. She is HypZert certified and a member of RICS, the professional association of the real estate industry.

Maximilian is responsible for the acquisition and execution of real estate investments as well as the acquisition and support of our institutional partners and co-investors. Maximilian has many years of experience in investment banking. Before joining LINUS, he was Vice President at Deutsche Bank, where he advised institutional clients on interest rate and currency risks in the context of M&A transactions. Maximilian completed his Master in Management (MSc) with a focus on Finance & Accounting at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. He also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Cologne.

Prior to joining LINUS, he worked at the global consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he focused on corporate strategy and marketing, and at Citigroup in London in Capital Markets Origination. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School in the United States and an MPhil with distinction in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge, where he also completed his undergraduate studies.

Her work included advising financial services and private equity clients on various strategy, growth and organisational issues. She holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSc in Finance and BSc in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Martin is responsible for the technical optimisation and expansion of our digital platform. Before joining LINUS, Martin co-founded a number of start-ups. He held various leadership positions at established FinTechs, such as Smava and Funding Circle, and was a venture lead at Otto Group Digital Solutions GmbH. He is also a Senior Advisor at fulfin, a leading provider of customised financing solutions for online businesses in Europe. Martin holds both a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems and an MBA from Hult International Business School in London.

Christopher is responsible for all legal issues at LINUS. He focuses on providing legal and regulatory advice to the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and other management teams, especially in the further expansion into new markets. After completing his training as a banker, Christopher studied law at the universities of Münster and Niigata (Japan). He received his doctorate in Münster and completed an LL.M. degree in Real Estate Law at the same time. Most recently, Christopher worked as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hamburg, specialising in corporate and capital markets law.

Verena Mohaupt holds a degree in business administration from the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Münster (Diplom-Kauffrau) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She has extensive experience in finance and private equity and started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs International in London, followed by positions at McKinsey & Co. and Allianz Capital Partners. Verena was also one of the founders of ciao.com AG, a European online shopping portal. Currently, Verena is a partner of Findos Investor GmbH, a medium-sized private equity fund based in Munich, as well as a supervisory board member of home24 SE and Pacifico Renewables Yield AG.

The serial entrepreneur has himself helped found 75 companies since 2005, including the social network StudiVZ and the travel portal Trivago. In 2015, he founded the social neighbourhood network nebenan.de and was named Business Angel of the Year in 2017. Christian Vollmann is a venture partner and member of the Investment Committee of PropTech1 Ventures, Germany's first venture capital fund focused on the untapped innovation potential of the real estate industry. In an honorary capacity, Christian advises the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology as Chairman of the Advisory Board Young Digital Economy and advocates for the interests of company founders on the Board of the German Startups Association.

Jennifer Brenke studied law in Berlin and London and, in addition to two state examinations, holds an LL.B. with German Law, King's College, London. Since her legal traineeship, she has concentrated on commercial law. After focussing on capital market law and corporate law, she worked for a major international law firm in the field of banking and finance after her admission to the bar. Her focus here was real estate financing and from there, she moved to the area of restructuring.

Kristian Schmidt-Garve, born in 1971, studied law in Berlin (FU Berlin) and Japan (Kyushu University). He is a licensed attorney and holds a Master of Laws degree in international business and commercial law. After working for the law firm Coudert Brothers LLP and Tele München Gruppe, he has been an investment manager in the field of venture capital since 2007. Kristian is a General Partner and member of the Management Board of MIG Verwaltungs AG in Munich and has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG, among others, since 2018.
