Lucas is Co-CEO and member of the Management Board at LINUS Digital Finance. He is responsible for Real Estate Investments, Platform and Technology, Sales and Investor Relations. Before joining LINUS, Lucas worked for several years as a senior analyst at the private bank M.M. Warburg & CO in the equity research department. Lucas completed his Master in Management (MSc) at ESCP Europe. He also holds a Bachelor's degree from Munich Business School.

Christopher is responsible for all legal issues at LINUS. He focuses on providing legal and regulatory advice to the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and other management teams, especially in the further expansion into new markets. After completing his training as a banker, Christopher studied law at the universities of Münster and Niigata (Japan). He received his doctorate in Münster and completed an LL.M. degree in Real Estate Law at the same time. Most recently, Christopher worked as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hamburg, specialising in corporate and capital markets law.

David has many years of experience as a real estate investor and transactional lawyer in the areas of real estate, corporate law and M&A. He has advised on transactions with a volume of over €2 billion, including the acquisition and sale of several large-volume project developments. Prior to founding LINUS, David spent several years at the international commercial law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, then Berwin Leighton Paisner. David studied law at the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn and is a fully qualified lawyer.

Prof. Dr. Axel Wieandt graduated from the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung (WHU), Vallendar, Germany, with a degree in business administration and a doctorate in economics, and holds a Master of Management (MBA) from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, USA. He has extensive knowledge in the fields of accounting and auditing and has worked extensively in the banking industry. Prof. Dr. Axel Wieandt has worked for McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and the Deutsche Bank Group. He was Chairman of the Management Board of Hypo Real Estate Holding AG and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, Munich. Prof. Dr. Axel Wieandt is Honorary Professor of Banking at WHU and Professor of Finance at the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, USA.

Jennifer Brenke studied law in Berlin and London and, in addition to two state examinations, holds an LL.B. with German Law, King's College, London. Since her legal traineeship, she has concentrated on commercial law. After focussing on capital market law and corporate law, she worked for a major international law firm in the field of banking and finance after her admission to the bar. Her focus here was real estate financing and from there, she moved to the area of restructuring.

Andreas Dittmar holds a degree in applied economics from the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg. He worked at MLP in Wiesloch for over a decade, most recently as Director of Finance and Administration. As founder and Managing Director, Andreas Dittmar built up Vitamaze GmbH, a provider of high-quality nutritional supplements and superfoods based in Heidelberg. He has been a member of the Management Board of BKS eG in Heidelberg since 2020.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Remuneration system for the members of the Management Board

On 9 May 2022, the Supervisory Board of Linus Digital Finance AG approved a renumeration system for the management board, which was presented for approval to the Shareholder’s Meeting on June 24, 2022, and was approved by a majority of 99.997% of the votes cast. The compensation system for the board members applies to all new or extended management board member contracts to be concluded after the regular Shareholder’s Meeting on 24 June 2022. The existing service contracts with the currently serving board members remain unaffected by the approved renumeration system; the previous compensation practices will continue to apply until the end of the respective contract term at the latest.
