The terms for our Growth investments typically range from 6 to 36 months.
Due to our substantial investment of our own capital, we ourselves have a strong vested interest in the security of the investments. The in-depth due diligence of all investments ensures the best selection and quality of investments. For each investment, we also secure a comprehensive package of collateral. For LINUS Growth, this usually includes a right of first refusal. Thus, in your and our own interest, we work on various levels to ensure the best possible security for all investments.
Our minimum subscription amount is €50,000 per project for professional investors and €200,000 for semi-professional investors.
After you have registered on our platform and your account has been activated, you will get access to our current projects and have the opportunity to invest in them. The investment process runs under the highest security standards. Thus, data security is always guaranteed. During the investment period, you will be continuously kept up to date on the performance of your investments through our digital reporting. Our team is always available to answer your questions.
You do not need to submit any documents to register on our platform. It is only when you wish to participate in an investment that we require some standard market documentation. We use these to fulfil our regulatory obligations and to verify your classification as a semi-professional or professional investor.

LINUS Growth thus offers you attractive interest rates for capital tied up in the short term.
No, but with the LINUS Portfolio you can participate in up to 10 LINUS projects at the same time with one investment. Due to the broad diversification, you benefit from an optimal risk/return ratio. Our team of experts take care of the selection and management of the projects.
LINUS real estate investments are bound to a fixed term. During this time, you cannot dispose of the deposited money.
Linus Capital Management GmbH, which manages many of the investments, is a capital management company registered with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) pursuant to Sections 2 (4), 17, 44 of the German Investment Code.
