Partner selection
We select the best partners for institutional investments from our international private real estate network.
ANALYSIS OF FUNDS
We analyse selected investment funds of our partners. If a fund fits into our portfolio, our investment team performs an in-depth due diligence process.
YOUR CO-INVESTMENT
Through our platform, you become a co-investor and thus benefit from the performance of the underlying investment fund. The committed capital is drawn down by LINUS in tranches over a multi-year period by the co-investors.

After positive due diligence, we invest our own capital in the appropriate funds and continue to remain invested over the entire term.
REPAYMENT
Once the underlying fund starts selling assets, the capital is paid out by LINUS to all investors in multiple payments over a period of several years.

The term is regularly between 7 and 10 years, depending on the fund you invest in.
Due to our substantial investment of our own capital, we ourselves have a strong vested interest in the security of the investments. We only select excellent partner funds and asset managers with the best track record. With sound due diligence processes, we ensure the best selection and quality of investments. Thus, in your and our own interest, we work on different levels to do everything for the best possible security of your and our investments.
Our minimum subscription amount is €50,000, higher for some funds.
You register here on our platform. After your account has been successfully activated, you will be given access to our range of funds and have the opportunity to invest. The investment process runs under the highest security standards. Data security is thus guaranteed at all times. During the investment period, you will be continuously kept up to date on the performance of your investments through our digital reporting. Our team is always available to answer your questions.
You do not need to submit any documents to register on our platform. It is only when you wish to participate in an investment that we require some standard market documentation. We use these to fulfil our regulatory obligations and to verify your classification as a semi-professional or professional investor.
LINUS Funds enables investors to achieve broad portfolio diversification: Investors participate in carefully selected and thoroughly vetted fund investments that finance high-quality institutional real estate worldwide. As a co-investor with LINUS, you benefit from attractive returns starting at 11% p.a. over a term of 7 to 10 years.
LINUS real estate investments are bound to a fixed term. During this time, you cannot dispose of the deposited money.
Linus Capital Management GmbH, which manages many of the investments, is a capital management company registered with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) pursuant to Sections 2 (4), 17, 44 of the German Investment Code.
