SELECTION OF ATTRACTIVE PROPERTIES

Our team finds the most attractive properties and handles all administrative tasks for you. You are spared time-consuming viewings and notary visits.

OUR INVESTMENT

The property is held by a German GmbH. We substantially invest our own capital in the GmbH and remain invested.

OUR MANAGEMENT

We coordinate with all partners and take care of the maintenance and management of the property. You enjoy all the benefits of a real estate investment without the time commitment.

YOUR CO-INVESTMENT

Via issued asset investments you can participate in a similar way to an owner. You benefit from quarterly distributions of up to 4% p.a., as well as the increase in value of the property at the end of the investment period. This results in an expected total return of 6-7% p.a.

REGULAR YIELD PAYMENTS

As a LINUS Core investor, you will receive regular yield payouts. These are received directly into your account.

Exit

After a fixed and transparent investment period, we sell the property. In addition to the rental income, you also participate in the sales proceeds.
