How does Linus Portfolio work?
SELECTION OF THE PROJECTS
The LINUS Portfolio works comparable to a fund of funds, investing in 10 LINUS projects with equal shares (i.e. 10% per project). As an investor, you thus benefit from the same strict selection process as with LINUS Growth.
LINUS Portfolio invests in different projects in several asset classes. It starts with at least 3 seed investments, the remaining 70% are then gradually added to the portfolio.
Repayments and interest for each project are distributed immediately upon receipt of funds by the fund. The capital is not reinvested. The maximum investment period is 36 months.

The term of an investment in LINUS Portfolio is 36 months.
Due to our substantial investment of our own capital, we ourselves have a strong vested interest in the security of the investments. The in-depth due diligence of all investments ensures the best selection and quality of investments. We also secure a comprehensive package of collateral for each investment. The selection of excellent partners with outstanding track records also guarantees us the highest level of professionalism and reliability. Thus, in your and our own interest, we work on various levels to ensure the best possible security for all investments.
Our minimum subscription amount is €50,000 for professional investors and €200,000 for semi-professional investors.
You register on our platform. After successful activation of your account you get access into our current projects and have the possibility to invest in the LINUS portfolio. The investment process runs under the highest security standards. During the investment period you will be kept informed by our digital reporting. Our team is always available to answer your questions.
You do not need to submit any documents to register on our platform. It is only when you wish to participate in an investment that we require some standard market documentation. We use these to fulfil our regulatory obligations and to verify your classification as a semi-professional or professional investor.
The LINUS Portfolio offers you very good diversification opportunities and thus a balanced risk/return ratio. In contrast to LINUS Growth, you invest in a portfolio of 10 real estate investments. The maximum term for your investment is 36 months, over this period you will receive a fixed interest rate of at least 7% p.a.
LINUS real estate investments are bound to a fixed term. During this time, you cannot dispose of the deposited money.
Linus Capital Management GmbH, which manages many of the investments, is a capital management company registered with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) pursuant to Sections 2 (4), 17, 44 of the German Investment Code. Linus Relationship Management GmbH is registered in the Register of Intermediaries according to §§ 11a para. 1, § 34f para. 5 GewO (www.vermittlerregister.info) under D-F-107-7CSM-54 and in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Charlottenburg (Berlin) under HRB 233403 B.
