LINUS Digital Finance AG looks back on a very successful fiscal year 2025

During the past year, LINUS structured a total of twelve loans with an aggregate volume of EUR 530M. Of these, eight transactions were whole-loan and senior loan financings, while four were junior loans. Capital invested directly by LINUS in the financial year 2025 amounted to a total of EUR 120M. One third of the structured loans were executed with new business partners, highlighting the company’s strength in systematically expanding its existing network and attracting new partners for long-term and successful cooperations.

LINUS advises Värde Partners on a EUR 250 million loan for Frankfurt office campus

We are pleased to have supported Värde Partners in closing a €250m financing for a fully leased office campus in Frankfurt. This deal shows that confidence is gradually returning to the real estate market, with high-quality, well-located assets once again able to secure meaningful financing, even in a still selective environment. With this transaction, our year-to-date volume is now approaching €500m - soon to be complemented by a promising pipeline that gives us confidence in building on this momentum toward year-end.
