If our investment team recommends an investment, our risk team starts an independent, in-depth review. This second and independent review of all our investments is thus an additional safety net. The review follows a defined and standardised process.

We identify a value indication as well as basic parameters and risk factors of the investment.

In an in-depth risk analysis, we examine all value and risk dimensions legally, technically and economically.

EVALUATION AND DECISION

Finally, we evaluate the investment based on the analysed data and make an independent investment decision. Only if our risk team approves an investment, we invest our own capital and offer the project on our platform.
