LINUS Digital Finance and LOANLAND issue mezzanine financing for residential properties in exclusive locations in Berlin
LINUS Digital Finance and LOANLAND are granting a mezzanine loan with a high single-digit million euro amount. Two residential properties in exclusive locations in Berlin-Charlottenburg and Berlin-Mitte with an area of over 4,000 sqm are being financed. LINUS Digital Finance finances a residential portfolio with seven properties in the greater Berlin and Potsdam area
LINUS is issuing a junior loan to refinance a portfolio of new residential properties in the single-digit million range. The real estate portfolio in the greater Berlin and Potsdam area has a rentable area of around 2,600 sqm. Due to high demand on the LINUS digital finance platform, the loan was placed out to co-investors within just a few days and was oversubscribed.
