LINUS Finance significantly improves earnings in the first half of 2023 and drives profitability

As of June 30, 2023, LINUS Finance was able to significantly reduce EBT by 66% to EUR -1.5 million compared to the same period of the previous year. In future, income accounting will be made more clearly and stringently so that the LINUS Finance Group's business activities are presented more clearly. Restructuring begun in the second half of 2022 has been completed and has successfully stabilized the group of companies.

LINUS Finance and LOANLAND issue mezzanine financing for residential properties in exclusive locations in Berlin

LINUS Finance and LOANLAND are granting a mezzanine loan with a high single-digit million euro amount. Two residential properties in exclusive locations in Berlin-Charlottenburg and Berlin-Mitte with an area of over 4,000 sqm are being financed. Second structured club deal from LINUS Finance and LOANLAND.
