LINUS Digital Finance finances a residential portfolio with seven properties in the greater Berlin and Potsdam area

LINUS is issuing a junior loan to refinance a portfolio of new residential properties in the single-digit million range. The real estate portfolio in the greater Berlin and Potsdam area has a rentable area of around 2,600 sqm. Due to high demand on the LINUS digital finance platform, the loan was placed out to co-investors within just a few days and was oversubscribed.
