LINUS Digital Finance structures financing of a sustainable existing property in the amount of 90 million euros
LINUS Digital Finance structures senior loans in the amount of 90 million euros. Long-term financing of a new office building in eastern Berlin with public tenants. The new office building meets the highest sustainability criteria in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard.
LINUS Digital Finance significantly improves earnings in the first half of 2023 and drives profitability
As of June 30, 2023, LINUS Digital Finance was able to significantly reduce EBT by 66% to EUR -1.5 million compared to the same period of the previous year. In future, income accounting will be made more clearly and stringently so that the LINUS Digital Finance Group's business activities are presented more clearly. Restructuring begun in the second half of 2022 has been completed and has successfully stabilized the group of companies.
