LINUS Finance concludes fiscal year 2023 with significantly improved adjusted earnings before taxes (EBT)

Adjusted earnings before taxes (EBT) are at the upper end of the forecast for the past financial year. Improved cost structure and disciplined expenditure management led to savings of EUR 14.7 million compared to 2022. Successful repayment of investment capital and interest of EUR 56.4 million over the course of the year despite a weak market environment.

LINUS Finance structures senior loans in the amount of 90 million euros. Long-term financing of a new office building in eastern Berlin with public tenants. The new office building meets the highest sustainability criteria in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard.
