LINUS successfully concludes the first half of 2025 with six new transactions and repaymentsof just under EUR 60 million

LINUS successfully completed the first half of 2025 with six new transactions and returns of just under EUR 60 million. Among other things, five new financings were completed and a whole loan was successfully structured. The six transactions amount to a total of more than EUR 200 million. In addition, successful repatriations of around EUR 60 million were distributed with an average return of over 10%. LINUS wants to build on these successful experiences and thus expand its portfolio in a targeted manner.

LINUS provides financing for 18,000 m2 residential portfolio in northern Germany

LINUS is issuing a single-digit million dollar junior loan to refinance a portfolio of residential properties. The portfolio comprises twelve properties in the greater Hamburg, Rostock and Lübeck area with a rentable area of around 18,000 m2 and a good energy efficiency standard. Despite a persistently challenging market environment, LINUS is realising an investment opportunity with an attractive risk-return profile and an ongoing dividend yield in the double-digit percentage range.
